Our seasonal food menu, created by executive chef Michael Krasoski, features fresh seafood and produce  sourced locally. Entrees include fish with a Mediterranean flare, meat dishes accompanied with homemade sauces and smoked sea salts, seafood boudin, fondues, smoked vegetables and cured meats.

 

And we have a mouth-watering selection of local artisan breads, cheeses and honey, house made pastas, and a great choice of desserts.

Meet our chefs

EXECUTIVE CHEF SHAD MOLL

Born in Littlerock Arkansas, Shad grew up in DeLand Florida and moved to New Smyrna beach in 2016. He loves cooking cooking pretty much anything - as long as it puts a smile on guests' faces. His carefully crafted menu utilizes local produce and ingredients, blended with tantalizing flavors from the many different cultures tied into the cuisine of Florida.

CHEF HEATHER HARRISON, a native of New Smyrna Beach is the owner of The Bake Shop in Edgwater, Florida.  Her first love and passion has always been baking, and she's constantly learning new techniques and methods to add extra touches and refinement for her desserts and baked goods.
